Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with extensive experience in managing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and YouTube ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation and brand-building activities, leveraging digital platforms to achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ad Campaign Management:

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and YouTube ad campaigns.
  • Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget management.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to ensure KPIs are met.

2. Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers.
  • Utilize various channels and tools to capture and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

3. Brand Building:

  • Implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and positioning on digital platforms.
  • Create compelling content and visuals that align with the brands voice and messaging.
  • Engage with the online community through social media to build and maintain brand loyalty.

4. Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze campaign data and generate detailed performance reports.
  • Use insights from analytics to make data-driven decisions and improve future campaigns.
  • Track ROI and other key metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.

5. Content Development:

  • Coordinate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality digital content.
  • Ensure that all content is optimized for search engines and social media platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

6. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

7. Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and new digital marketing technologies.

8. Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically managing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and YouTube ad campaigns.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and brand-building activities.

9. Education:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
